Inspired, excited and in awe of the work undertaken by :michael-ian: meldrum🎗👣 Sui Juris St. John 8:32, the North Strathclyde Bairns Hoose team and evaluated by The University of Edinburgh. So much rich learning. All real giants and pioneers for Scotlands children.

Why don't #domesticabuse victims "just leave"? It's not that simple. Remember: Leaving is a process, not an event. It takes an average of 7 attempts before a survivors leave permanently. Your understanding and support can make a difference. #DomesticAbuseAwareness

Tonight, I had the most amazing time celebrating Aberdeenshire's foster carers. Inspired and humbled by a group of tremendous selfless fostering families whose love, patience & tenacity change a child's life. Some celebrated over 30 years of fostering over 200 children. ❤️

Some really powerful messages at today's conference 'Putting Safe & Together into daily practice. We need to better understand the impact of domestic abuse, look beyond the obvious, and hold perpetrators accountable for their behaviour #16DaysOfActivism

An early start for the Aberdeenshire VAWG Partnership team out asking us all to commit to supporting White Ribbon Scotland - so important that we all stand tall for a decent society for all.
