#stemcells technology presentation by Dr. Waters (“the organoid queen”) shows so much promise when considering the development of approaches to repair/regeneration… cool science #WBCconf25

The new anti-inflammatory approaches do not seem to increase infections (unlike LTB4/CXCR2 etc.)… is it due to the DPP1 MOA maintaining key host defense pathways functional?? Good conclusion by Dr Horwarth as it relates to antibiotics in the post DPP1 era #WBCconf25

Fascinating research presented by Dr. Polgreen U Iowa on CFTR mutations carriers in #bronchiectasis ; would this subset benefit from CFTR modulation? #wbcconf25 #treatableTraits

Bronchiectasis affects 200,000 people in the UK alone. Ongoing inflammation causes airway damage – making it an essential target for new therapies. That's where AIRNET comes. @JamesDChalmers University of Dundee #WBC2025

Well done #WBConf25 for integrating the consumer voice so well into the meeting. Was impressive and thought provoking to hear people like Grant, who has lived almost his whole life with bronchiectasis, share insights from the conf and positivity looking ahead. 👏
