9 hours spent on the phone to Virgin Media ❤️ this week alone after they mucked up house move, generated a bill 4 x normal amount and have no service. Yet after 2 hours on the phone today, going through ‘security’ 6 times, they hangup having resolved nothing. Time for work 🤯

Today our Trust Board has approved changes to our senior clinical leadership that will see Andy Swinburn become Executive Director of Paramedicine from Jan24 and us become the first UK ambulance service not to have a Medical Director leading our clinical strategy. #TeamWAST
