Julie Watts FamilyLawHour Helen Brander Jim Fitch Kirstie Gibson I think the big difficulty is that some forms of NCDR / ADR require a fundamentally different approach to being a lawyer (or judge, for that matter) and so we can’t assume that people can successfully transfer across.
