I had a free weekend and decided to try powerlifting, I was only able to train for about a week. I made it to state though!! 240 for squat, 115 for bench, and 315 for deadlift.

Had some free time today and trained shot and disc, finally tried javelin, and attempted high jump.

Competed in Badger State for the first time and took home 3rd in both shot and disc, and 2nd in a 4x100m relay
