You don't say a word to staff but are sure quick to write a bad review on FB. Jerk using their phone & it bothers you, bothers me too but wasn't aware it was happening bc I was on lunch & the other librarian was in a program so thanks for saying nothing & then bad mouthing us.

Patron is claiming he returns dvds--already shelf-checked. This dude was adamant he returned them last time & ended up getting "claims" used on them. Dude--just return the freakin dvds!!
