ECG breakdown. This patient has true Trifascular Block [3rd degree heart block, RBBB, LPFB] ✍️[AV-dissociation, P-wave after QRS] = Complete Heart block ✍️[RAD, rS complexes in leads I & aVL qR complexes in leads II, III & aVF& prolonged R wave peak time in aVF] = LPFB.
