Examples of multidisciplinary care today: 1. Called a social worker to get a mom support 2. Talked to our lactation consultant about breastfeeding issues 3. Had our triage nurse follow up on plan of care for a patient I am AMAZED by the support we have in Dukemedpeds clinic!
