It’s 5 years since I sat in the Oireachtas Finance Committee discussing exactly this issue and have continued to do so. Where is the competition? When will there be a gap in legal fees? Why are premiums still so high with claims down?

It couldn’t be more clearer - time for reductions. Claims down = Lower Premiums. This particular case concluded = Lower Premiums. Also Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD said so! 💪

Reform will only be finished when premiums are fair for policy holders

Earlier this year 690 Irish organisations took our insurance survey. 72% have not had a claim in the last five years making is impossible to justify the ongoing premium increases. It must be so frustrating trying to run a businesses with costs spiralling every which way.
