1. Terrible experience with Apple. my #MacBook’s battery got so swollen that it was a fire hazard & the only advice I got from the so-called helpline was to “go shopping” for a pricy new one when my laptop is less than 3 years old!

2. After a long wait at Apple store while clerks chatted w/ each other & ignored customers, I told an advisor that I have urgent writing deadlines & my #MacBook will only type the letter H due to dangerously swollen battery. They said nobody could even look at it for a week!

3. Nearest NY Apple store is 60 miles away & it’s impossible to call them to learn options for fixing my dangerously swollen #MacBook battery before it explodes or catches on fire! Call center clerk in India put me on hold, then tried to send me to Apple stores in NJ & CT.

4. After getting no help from Apple at all when my 2 YO #MacBookPro is a fire hazard at risk for an exploding battery, I’m wondering if I should switch to a PC for my articles & books. #EpicFail

Truly ironic, I have been on hold for nearly an hour with @godaddy because my website is down, while a recording keeps saying, “We can’t wait to exceed your expectations.” That ship has sailed long ago! #epicfail

Is #Wordle down? I tried both the new and old links and get a blank page. Going through acute withdrawal about not being able to do my fav puzzle! The New York Times

Very disappointed that after spending $200 on a Whistle gps collar for our escape artist dog, it stopped working 3 months later. After 20 min on hold, all the “customer service” rep did was say that their tech team would call “in a few days” & she couldn’t help. #epicfail

Ironically while some journalists are leaving Twitter, I’m going here MORE frequently. I feel like I’m rubbernecking at an accident scene when I see tweets like this (which might be a parody account).

I see one thing hasn’t changed during the #TwitterMeltdown, I’m still getting new followers who are buxom ladies with limited reading skills and nothing to wear except bikinis.

The pooch was dog tired!

At this point, I have to wonder if George Santos is even his real name.
