#Jackaday from this day 2018 in work mode! Jack was an extra-special fur trained (by me) to be my fully fledged assistance dog. He was rescued from Border Terrier Welfare not with that in mind. It wasn’t until he was six years old that we found owner trained assistance dogs was even a thing.

Get comfortable in your own skin! Yesterday we went on a 4hr boat trip around Palma and had the opportunity to swim, snorkel, paddle board and use sea scooters. There were over 100 people on the boat. I could have sat there, enjoyed the view and missed the opportunity

I had the loveliest elderly patient today. In so much pain & the GP couldn't see him for 2 weeks. He told me about how the GP used to have time to see & listen to patients. Now he just feels like a number in a system that wants him to die. I almost cried. Things need to change.
