Even as Air India attempts to discredit my recent concerns in regards to a full refund for a flight I had to cancel due to a medical emergency after submitting a medical waiver - I think the airline has proven over and over again its overall deficiencies in customer service

Letme say: I was a champion of the airline before all this. It seems they are prioritising profit above all else - without improving basic services and training staff. Get your fundamentals right Air India I’m booking Emirates for my next flight to Mumbai. Sad state of affairs.
