Yesterday's jobs in & around Crown St Park. Woodland area, planters, messy slope, wildflower area, all attended to, plus some flytipping and contractors waste reported. Park got a good litter pick & is looking really good these days. Well done everyone 🌎

Team work today at Crown St Park. It was in a state but our volunteers got to work and restored some order. Really grateful to have such caring people in our community. Great to have Liverpool Streetscene Services Ltd on site to collect our bags and empty bins. Fantastic collective effort from all 🌎

You have to be a really horrible person to vandalise someone's memorial bench. #wavertree Couldn't have cleaned this up without everyone involved with Litter Clear-Volunteer PennyLaneWombles who recycle the NOS cannisters so we can buy graffiti remover and tools.

A 5 min sensless act, to leave your chavvy stamp & make the park look scruffy and uncared for, fixed with an hour of a kind volunteers time. Thank you Mark for caring and clearing this mess up. #LoveWhereYouLive

Crown St Park volunteers out every Sat morning 9am Painting, planting, and maintaining planters, litter picking, removing flytipping and graffiti. And just generally being awesome! Open to all.

We haven't been posting here as of late, but our Wednesday Smithdown team and Saturday Crown St Park team are still out every week. We are also caring for other green spaces within the community. Events are open to all 🌎

Wonder if the WISE group is commissioned based. They would certainly be driven to cover known hotspots if so!
