Fountainbridge pavement has been closed for nearly 10 months. Originally closed for 4 weeks, then 6, then this sign went up. Other pavement is less than 1m in places. Cycle lanes removed. It's maybe worth celebrating for a moment that fact that car-free (or 'car-lite') developments are increasingly common - not so long ago, The City of Edinburgh Council policies required *minimum* parking levels!



We're pleased to say that The City of Edinburgh Council engineers have nearly doubled the green man time here, following our representations!🙂
