Lol for a letter due in 1990s? Nowadays the letters are mostly uploaded to a secure website or emailed as a PDF. It’s hard to find the sweet spot for timing. Too early and I may forget and end up doing it last minute. Too late and its last minute. I do want to spend an hour.
