Colchester Winter Beer Festival was, inevitably, terrific. My beer of the event was Sabre-R Sonic by Leigh-on-sea brewery in collab with Ruark Audio (an odd combo, but it works). Also, I forgot how just good Bacon Fries are.

Another SIBA BeerX another couple of national beer awards..! This time Silver to two of our keg beers; Six Little Ships (Amber/Brown/Red Ales) and SS9 (Imperial and Strong Ales)
