Some raptor action today as we headed out to the plains. Cinereous and Griffon Vultures, plus Juv Bonellis Eagle tagged by Lol Bodini. Started the day with nice Grey Phalarope before breakfast. Throw in Black Stork and a sumptuous lunch: 14 happy Naturetrek clients :-)

Not much of note birdwise today, but this Muntjac happily feeding in SW corner of Lockwood was only my 2nd time seeing one on the @E17Wetlands patch...becoming more regular though Mammal Society 🦌

3 Ospreys on the @E17Wetlands patch this year (one in April and 2 this month)has certainly surpassed expectations, and might even be a record? Left hand bird (with crow) was on 14/10 the other circled briefly over Lockwood this eve before vanishing into the gloom...#londonbirds
