The Finsbury Park 5000s blasted round the track with a heap of great times in front of a big audience.

Top three men at the Finsbury Park 5000s were Seyfu Jamaal, winning in a PB (and London Heathside AC club record) of 14:11.78, followed by Alex Tovie and Jamie Grose (also in a PB).

Top three women at the Finsbury Park 5000s were Rebecca Piggott winning in a PB of 17:19.42, with Izzy Gelder second and Katie Brown third.

The winning team receiving their medals from the England Athletics marathon champs at the TCS London Marathon. London Heathside AC with Rebecca Piggott 20th in 2:45:41, @rebeccaibunting 9th in 2:41:14, and Sarah Swinhoe 67th in 2:51:39. PBs all round!
