Great to visit Londons Community Kitchen to meet the teams feeding London. With 1 in 4 children in #poverty they’re stepping in where systems have let communities down. Now feeding 20,000 people and building skills while they are at it. Thx for having City & Guilds along K_DonnellyCEO

Meet Taz, the founder of Londons Community Kitchen, a charity that runs a number of projects helping to reduce hunger and food waste in London Borough of Harrow. Their main project includes disrupting 2 tonnes of surplus food daily, which gets sorted and sent to organisations and individuals

Always a pleasure catching up with Taz Khan M.B.E alongside Sadiq Khan and hearing about the work that Londons Community Kitchen continues to do tackling food poverty and supporting people into jobs as well as championing sustainability and the circular economy.

So great to visit Londons Community Kitchen. Chef Doug has been busy making vegetarian tortillas with the children.
