Going through hospital at home evaluation and particularly looking at evaluating the OT input. Struggling with how you evidence the quality we add to an individuals life when everything else is so numbers and figures based - this was the reminder I needed this morning!

This week brings mixed emotions: After 15 years within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and older people's services, I am moving on to OT NHSLanarkshire. I've worked with a lot of people who have shaped me to be who I am today, everyone has been appreciated. Looking forward to new opportunities in primary care.

It's been great being the OT in this service, supporting people to remain at home with the additional support of hospital based care! As I leave the service, I look forward to hearing how it expands and develops and feel grateful for the small role I've played in implementing it!
