I don’t see concerns. I don’t see people standing up for women + girls. I don’t see support for victims of sexual crime I see racists attacking their community May the politicians who have weaponised minorities under the label of ‘legitimate concerns’ hang their heads in shame

Sarah talks about houses being ‘full of asylum seekers’ in her constituency of Runcorn. Runcorn’s in Halton, in the whole of Halton there’s a grand total of 867 people seeking asylum in a population of 129K people. But I guess it gives her clicks & giggles to demonise people…

The racist violence in Ballymena is devastating. What makes it worse is that we've seen this before. To keep our communities safe, we need politicians to stop the relentless scapegoating of newcomers and show that we are a community of solidarity, not strangers.

Charles is Cabinet Member for Children’s Services. Flag gazing performative junk won’t make the kids he’s responsible for any safer.

So many news outlets sharing images of people killed. We can’t even give families a moment to grieve. Media standards are bloody diabolical.

A 13 week concession is simply delaying plunging disabled people into destitution by 13 weeks. But this does signal to the Labour MPs fighting this the Front Bench are worried… Keep going ✊

Iran: I am so, so sick of 'news' organizations spewing Israeli propaganda about Iran. Leaving context and history out to leave their consumers ignorant. So, a very brief context thread:

Seven years since Grenfell, and still no justice. 72 lives lost due to negligence, greed, and a system that puts profit over people. No prosecutions. No accountability. The victims and their families deserve truth, justice, and lasting change - yet they’re met with silence and

Millions of people turn out for No Kings Day to protest against Trump & his authoritarian regime, despite his tanks rolling through DC, despite the threats of violence, arrests, despite the fear people feel, millions join to resist ✊
