One of our three big ambitions is listen to improve. We held our first 'listen to improve' event yesterday, with colleagues, patients and carers attending to improve medicines optimisation. There were presentations on current evidence, best practice, and audit findings.

Well done to Nicola Pye for project managing this new initiative for the Trust 👏👏👏 and well done to all the apprentices! Along with the learning and development team, this would not have been possible without you.
