So exciting -- we got 3 new microscopes on the same day -- Zeiss Lattice Light Sheet, Zeiss Airyscan and Andor Dragonfly! Getting crowded in the basement and we can't wait to try the new machines!

ÅNGSTRÖM-RESOLUTION FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPY. Can we do structural biology with an optical microscope? Yes! Check out how we resolved *single bases of DNA* and much more using fluorescence microscopy, out today in nature! nature.com/articles/s4158… Jungmann Lab Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (MPIB)

Excited to share my first scientific paper! In this work, we combine multiplex cell biology, biophysical techniques, and mathematical modeling to explore how chromatin biomechanics regulate spindle size across eukaryotic species in both mitosis and meiosis. Check it out!
