And why the heck aren't we all dead? (I did the same - drank water from a garden hose and lived to tell.) Might be because we didn't drink: daily pop; milk from cows that never see the sun; water from plastic bottles. So occasional water from a hose was no big deal.

This popped up on my Instagram feed today. Good to remember that I'm not the first one to be down this road, and that there are some basic principles. instagram.com/reel/DLDD_D-RV…

If you want to learn more about eating a carnivore diet, here's something to watch. If you see that eating carnivore seems to "stop working", talk to me - could be oxalate.

If you are eating extra healthy and getting sicker - it might be oxalate. #lowoxalatediet #lowoxlovelies lowoxcoach.com/eating-healthi…

My morning routine: 1. Sunlight within an hour of waking - outside. 2. Drink water, before coffee. 3. Protein rich, zero carb breakfast. 4. Eat within an hour of waking. 5. Exercise with a walk in the neighbourhood. (No crazy workouts first thing.)

Oxalate turns up just about everywhere in the body - and new research links it to atherosclerotic plaque. You just can't make this stuff up! And I conclude yet again: "when in doubt, blame oxalate".

The Carnivore Bar is "fast food" on hand that is nutrient dense, low oxalate, portable. I like them - so I got an affiliate code: "lowoxcoach" (no quotes) For lowest oxalate, choose Salted or Unsalted. These are fully carnivore compliant (with no spices). The Carnivore Bar | Eat Meat 🥩

Packaged "goodies" labelled "Keto" are likely not actually supporting your body to be in ketosis. (Aside from the other problems in such products, from artificial sweeteners to an over-reliance on higher oxalate nuts and chocolate...) When in doubt, avoid. #lowoxalatediet

Keto is not just for weight loss. In fact, the best changes I've experienced would definitely include having a better state of mind - less anxiousness and greater ability to focus and concentrate.
