📣 #RetailInnovation25 kicked off! Christel Delberghe, EuroCommerce DG, opened the forum and introduced the first panel of the day on ensuring a #LevelPlayingField for EU Retail.

Panellists recognised the tremendous complexity of this issue and took note of the volatile political environment we are currently experiencing. Coordination among authorities, modern technology and consumer education must be part of the arsenal to holistically tackle this issue.

🤖 The 2nd panel of #RetailInnovation25 dived deep into the Future of Retail and the transformative role of #AI. The discussion highlighted how retailers can harness #innovation to drive #growth.

A key takeaway? 👉 The urgent need to build a strong, unified European AI ecosystem—one that supports businesses in navigating challenges and capitalising on the vast opportunities AI brings to the sector.
