Which London restaurant, WITHOUT a Michelin ⭐️ is the most obvious omission? For me, it’s Luca in EC1. It’s easily a one ⭐️ As a guest, everything there feels like effortless excellence. I ate there again last night and it’s superb. This monkfish especially.
