Bo Wang U have repeatedly claimed that scGPT can predict effects of perturbations. Yet there have been plenty of benchmarks showing otherwise. It would be great to see a formal rebuttal to those benchmarks showing evidence that scGPT can infact reliably predict perturbation effects.
