As a space nerd and someone who has responsibility for space operations in the MOD it was a real treat to speak at the Day One Without Space conference. Space is a sector worth £19bn to the Uk economy each year. It matters to our growth, prosperity and national security.

She is a great initiative in Plymouth to mentor women-owned micro businesses. They’re great. Good to pop into their showcase at the Methodist Central Hall in Plymouth today. They’re a success story that helps now hundreds of new women-led businesses in the city.
