On behalf of the MANAL President & the MANAL Executive Committee, we wish you and your families Ramadan Kareem. Muslims in St. John's will begin the Holy Month of fasting on March 23rd, with the first Taraweeh prayer on March 22nd and the first day of fasting on March 23rd.

The Day of 'Arafah will be on Tuesday, June 27th and the first day of Eid al Adha will be on Wednesday, June 28th. MANAL will organize two Eid prayers on June 28th: the first at 7:30am and the second at 8:30am, both at the RE/MAX Centre on Mayor Avenue.

The 1st week of May is National Youth Week in the City of St John's. MANAL would like to congratulate ALL our wonderful youth dedicating their time, energy, talent & skills selflessly to serve their community in the pursuit of great causes. We see, hear and appreciate you all!

Today is the 3rd anniversary of the Islamophobic terrorist attack that took the lives of 4 members of a multi-generational Muslim family in London Ontario. As we remember and pray for them, let's all stand together against Islamophobia and its irrevocable harm to innocent lives.

It has now been confirmed for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador that the Day of Arafah will be June 15th and the first day of Eid Al Adha will be June 16th.

MANAL Community Eid Al Adha prayer will insha'Allah be held at 8 AM on Sunday, June 16th. We cordially invite all members of our Muslim community to join us at Techniplex located at 39 Churchill Avenue, St. John's. Please check the poster for important logistical instructions.
