Anyone know any execs of at The Home Depot? Ordered washer/dryer in Nov. Twice didnât show, third time delivered wrong item & 4th time washer was dented and and missing parts. Store worthless. Reg mgr wonât return emails and corp customer service has done nothing.

After explaining to Home Depot Customer Care that I ordered washer/dryer in mid-Nov â had 5 missed/cancelled/damaged good appntmnts & took off work 5 times â their response? âWhat resolution are you seeking?â I want my damn appliances! Complete incompetence!

The The Home Depot saga continues. Barbara Nelson the âcustomer serviceâ agent at âHomeDepotCaresâ tells me she hasnât even escalated the fact that they have not delivered my W/D after SEVEN attempts! She has done nothing!!! And two months, still no washer/dryer!

Had over 35 messages from The Home Depot âcustomersâ with similar experiences as mine. They do nothing. Isnât their slogan âMore Doingâ? How about some of that The Home Depot!?

Family Italian vacation cancelled for obvious reasons. Every airline/hotel/tour refunded money â Except for Marriott International who says âthe Italian Govât says we donât have to so we arenât going toâ even after sending us an email saying they will! And they want bail out money???
