Clearly you never use the roads, the waste dumps, the town and village centres, schools, child protection, will never need adult social care or environmental health or submit or challenge a planning application etc etc

With 73% of revenue expenditure on Social Care, and demand and costs continually going up, then either we tell those who need it that they can’t have it or we collectively pay for it.
