The Atlanta Dream’s Brionna Jones, who is starting her 9th WNBA season, has made just 5 career 3-pointers in games. But today at shootaround, she swished 5 in a row. It’s a part of her game she’s been working on. Dream face Indiana Fever tonight in Indy and Thursday in Atlanta.

The Indiana Fever will need a 4th quarter rally tonight. The Atlanta Dream have been in control of this game all evening. Dream lead 76-65 after 3 quarters.

Both Kelsey Mitchell and Caitlin Clark credited Atlanta Dream for how well they played but said it's good for Indiana Fever to be able to face Dream again Thursday and work on what went wrong tonight.

Coach Steph White complimented Caitlin Clark's patience even though her 3's didn't fall in win vs. Atlanta Thursday. She said Dream tried to limit Clark to taking tough 2's, but Clark didn't get frustrated and force things. We'll see what New York Liberty do today vs. Indiana Fever.

Really entertaining game between New York Liberty & Indiana Fever today with defending champs winning 90-88. NY's execution in 4th quarter was difference; Indiana went 4 1/2 minutes without scoring. Jonquel Jones led Libs w/ 26 points and 12 rebounds; Aliyah Boston had 27, 13 for Indy.

A good trip back to Connecticut for former UConn Women’s Basketball star Paige Bueckers. Her Dallas Wings get their first win this WNBA season, 109-87 vs. Sun. Season high in points for Wings; Bueckers leads the way with 21 points, 7 assists.

In her first game this season, Kayla McBride has 15 points as Minnesota Lynx stay undefeated with 82-77 win vs Seattle. Napheesa Collier with 16 points & 10 rebounds, Alanna Smith 16 & 7, Courtney Williams 23 points. Full Lynx starting lineup that was so good last season is back.

After close losses at Golden State, Las Vegas & Phoenix, Washington Mystics beat Indiana 83-77 tonight in Baltimore. Caitlin Clark (quad) out for Fever. Shakira Austin (concussion protocol) back for Washington w/13 points. Brittney Sykes led Mystics w/21; DeWanna Bonner 21 for Indy.

The Indiana Fever, already without Caitlin Clark, saw 2 other guards leave with injuries in Friday’s loss to Connecticut. espn.com/wnba/story/_/i…
