This is a groundbreaking study for pericyte fans. We discovered the unique pericyte marker Higd1b which only labels pericytes without any off-target effect from other mural cells. ATS PC Assembly AHA Science NAVBO

Extremely happy to share our study on the regulation of HSCs in the context of myocardial infarction! Driven by two amazing scientists in my lab - Jasmin and Maricarmen and co-led with the awesome cardiologist Timo! Huge thanks to all our collaborators 👏🏻👏🏻 MPI of Immunobiology & Epigenetics ETH Zurich

CHOIR is officially published Nature Genetics. No more arbitrary decisions in clustering. Add this to your single-cell toolbox - it will save you so much heart ache. And now it can scale to millions of cells. Compliments of the very talented Cathrine Sant (Petersen).

I can't get over these 3D spatial images in the latest preprint from Peter Sorger Ajit Johnson Nirmal et al. The preprint is a roadmap on how to conduct 3D cyclic immunofluorescence using "thick" archival sections and precisely map cell-cell interactions biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

New research on aortic valve stenosis (AVS) highlights PTEN's role in preventing myofibroblast activation and promoting quiescence in valvular interstitial cells. This could be a potential target for AVS treatment. #AVS Anseth Group Read more: doi.org/10.1002/adbi.2…

Very happy and excited to share that this work is now published in Nature Physics ! rdcu.be/eigWi Faculty of Science | UNIGE Université de Genève Institut Polytechnique de Paris École polytechnique

🚨New preprint from our #EDITLab, a joint effort from Sadegh Marzban (PhD in mathematics), Curtis Gravenmier (MD in Pathology), challenging the current "Cancer Stem Cell" hypothesis in ALL.
