New brew dropping in to FV (Dusty Bottoms) today… SWIFT - a 3.5% extra pale, gently bittered with Columbus, and finished off with Amarillo and Mosaic for some orangey and blueberry aromas Landing in your favourite local cask outlet in February 👌

WAY TO GO, IDAHO! In to tank today is a simple and straightforward pale ale, single hopped with Idaho 7 - a new hop to us… we’re expecting some pink grapefruit, stewed stone fruit, and dankness (remember that, circa 2011?!) Destined for #cask and heading out the door in March

Today, we are in fight with First Chop to finish a cask first at The Lancashire Brewery Challenge being held at the Thirsty Duck in Burscough - we could’ve played safe and gone 4% and pale - instead we went 5% stout - reckon Rik’s lot might have this in the bag already 🤦
