The G.I.R.L. Club was excited to welcome our own College Counselor Erinn Colletti as our guest speaker this month. Mrs. Colletti presented our Sailors with extremely helpful job and college interview skills. Students even had the chance to practice by holding mock interviews.

It was wonderful to see our new Sailors at Accepted Sailors Night! The theme of the event was "Go Forward Bravely" (St. Joan of Arc). We encourage our accepted students to keep an open mind moving forward into high school, bravely welcoming all that God has in store for them.

The Honors Dance Company had a busy February! Students researched influential dance artists for Black History Month, and created presentations to inspire movement. A group of company members traveled to Prince George’s Community College for the Maryland Dance Alliance Festival.

Robb Holla, national speaker, spoke to our students about the dangers of vaping. His presentation was innovative and engaging, using hands-on demonstrations, to deliver his important educational message. His final point to those seeking help, text DITCHVAPE to 88709.
