To open Day 2, we welcome keynote speaker Mary Morgan to discuss the #quantification of social science umbrella concepts such as '#poverty' and '#development'. Her talk questions how we conceptualise measurement of these terms and the significance of this for global action.

Their talk discusses how digital maps can offer a geospatial understanding of cultural assets and guide cultural #policy.
