Iām so proud of you! May your future be filled of amazing achievements, tons of love, and silly faces š¬š Giuliana Giorgianni

Today was my last day in JĆørgensen Group. What amazing time spent here! Iāll take with me all the memories and the new things I learned. Iāll be forever grateful for this experience, thanks for the great time we spent together! Now itās time to come back home in Carlone Research Group

Just been awarded a joint PhD position with Giulio Ragazzon , by the Franco-Italian University! We are now looking for candidates interested on supramolecular photoactive organocatalysts operating in an aqueous environment! Please send email with CV and cover letter. RT appreciated

Do you think we are ready to rock at #CDCO2023 ? If you are around, come and see Emanuele Cocco 's talk about 7OH-CBD done together with Alessandro Brusa and Debora Iapadre. And Maria Edith Casacchia 's and Fabio Pesciaioli 's posters on catalysis. Sapienza UniversitĆ di Roma UniversitĆ degli Studi dell'Aquila SCI Chimica Organica

Poster session day! āļø Today I presented our work on asymmetric organocatalysis using carbon dots via ACDC catalysis in collaboration with Carbon Nanotechnology Lab. Carlone Research Group #CDCO2023 Sapienza UniversitĆ di Roma SCI Chimica Organica

Good job guys! Sebastijan RiÄko well deserved š¤©š¤©

Would you like your rings medium-sized? Check out our latest review in Nature Synthesis! | Well done Jan, Macarena, and Sebastijan RiÄkoš #AUChemistry

Yesterday we had amazing time at UniversitĆ degli Studi dell'Aquila for #GWB2024 promoted by SocietĆ Chimica Italiana and supported by SCI_Abruzzo. Students and professors alike came together fueling hope for a more inclusive future. Plus, an electrifying slam poetry performance added an extra layer of empowerment! šŖš¼

Our very Alessio Carioscia and Maria Edith Casacchia also presented their recent achievements at #C3Day! It was a great time to share knowledge and see old friends š

Our own Maria Edith Casacchia is attending a Ph.D. Thesis Showcase CU3 event PhD in Sustainable Development and Climate Change in Brescia. Here she is, introducing her research; unfortunately we couldn't make it there and were remotely connected but, nonetheless celebrated. Thanks to Claudia Barolo for the pictures!

.Maria Edith Casacchia and #DeboraIapadre are enjoying great lectures at Ischia Advanced School of Organic Chemistry and are off to a great start with the poster session as well presenting DSIs for a Mukayama reaction and a sweet synthesis for 7OH-CBD.

Amazing time in Ischia for Ischia Advanced School of Organic Chemistry - first time ever for the #fantaiasoc contest āØ

We kept it quiet but, hey, Silvi Research Group was visiting professor with us UniversitĆ degli Studi dell'Aquila for the whole September. It was incredible to have you with us, Mattia. This was us dining with typical arrosticini from L'Aquila to wish farewell to Mattia.

Today is our last day as PhD candidates, and Iām feeling a bit overwhelmed. Iām grateful for how much weāve grown together during these three years. Itās been a challenging yet beautiful journey. Thank you Valerio Morlacci and Emanuele Cocco for making it alongside meāØāļø

After 3 years of bitter-sweet sweat, Maria Edith Casacchia and Emanuele Cocco , from our group, defended their PhD thesis, along with Valerio Morlacci . Having spare time on their hands, they are now taking good care of us all, as you can see!
