I tried to make it a little easier for everyone. I’ve had a lot of players reaching out wanting a few at-home workouts. Being stuck inside isn’t a good enough reason not to get better & be working on your athletic foundation. These 6 workouts can be done with body weight at home.

You won’t always be known as an athlete. When the cheering fades, you’re stuck with who you are. Sadly many neglect to develop their character, integrity and trustworthiness. These traits will carry you much further than any athletic skills you develop.

Today, decide to be that person who instills a positive belief in someone who needs to hear your encouraging words. There are a lot of people who could use that right now.

Starting Tuesday March 24, MFISD will provide curbside meals @ the Middle School Concession Stand, Highland Lakes and Spicewood Elementary Drop off & pick-up lanes Breakfast is available 8-9am & lunch from 11:30am-1pm Staff will be ready to serve curbside as you drive up!
