Not all UPFs are created equal! 💡Using plasma biomarkers, Mengxi Du’s study found that acceptable-quality UPFs (e.g. whole-grain cereals) were linked to lower GI cancer risk, while poor-quality ones (e.g. sugary drinks) raised the risk. #GICancer #UPF #CancerPrevention #DDW2025
