Seniors & people with disabilities should have the choice to live in their homes & communities. Yesterday, I introduced the HCBS Access Act, which – along with the Better Care Better Jobs Act - will give people the choice to receive care where they want & lift up care workers.

This week, I introduced the HCBS Access Act with Bob Casey which will make historic investments to fix long-term care by clearing out waitlists & expanding access to home care, strengthening wages & benefits for care workers, & giving family caregivers much-needed relief.
