A2: We used videos for announcements and opportunities for students to share videos of something they learned or a talent (virtual talent show). We used Flipgrid for students to demonstrate learning and leave feedback for peers. #vaespchat

A3: Currently not using a lot of video reflection. We have set up coaching/learning walks w/ teacher & instructional coach. Teachers go observe other classes based on what they want to learn, & then the coach observes them later trying something new and gives feedback #vaespchat

A1: I just completed my 1st year as principal in a new building...(not a tradition yet) but: finding a school celebration to put on a cake for our end of year celebration!!! Sweetest cake ever!!! #vaespchat

A2: Something I have done in the past and will bring back next year is Step Up Day where students get to visit teachers in the next grade level and ask questions. 5th graders get to visit the middle school. For new kinders - meet with families at Kickoff Night #vaespchat
