The 47th Annual Broward County Waterway Cleanup is officially kicked-off! Last night our #miasf members and volunteers joined us for the WWCU Kick-off party sponsored by Save the Sea Turtle . Thank you all for helping us celebrate this great environmental event.

Today we got the opportunity to speak with the students of Junior Achievement’s pre-apprenticeship program about career opportunities in the Marine Industry. This is the 1st of 5 groups that will be hearing from our team about why they should join the industry.

The Waterway Cleanup is the Broward’s longest-running environmental event, so let’s take a look back through its history. Since the 1970s volunteers of the #WWCU have been vital in keeping our waterways clean. To be part of the 47th annual Cleanup visit waterwaycleanup.org.
