The gendered division of #CareAndSupport work is a driver of #Poverty and #GenderInequality globally: ⭕Women spend 2.5 times as many hours a day on #UnpaidCare and domestic work as men. ⭕90% of paid domestic workers & 2 billion women & girls have no access to #SocialProtection.

Delighted to see our efforts reflected in the responses of Commissioners-designate Hadja Lahbib, Roxana Minzatu who address critical issues for #mothers. Their acknowledgment of the #motherhoodpenalty and unpaid care work affirm the importance of our work. Now we need action.
