Better athlete: Ages 5-15 play multiple sports Even better athlete? Play multiple positions in each sport. There are no 9 year old QB, 10 year old goalies or 12 year old catchers. Play everything, throw catch jump shoot run dive slide hit skate ski and tackle and block #ltad

Congrats Frank Fucetola on a great career! Thank you for helping myself and so many other former players with the college recruiting process, I owe you more than you know. Because of your work ethic & dedication to the program, I PROUDLY say that I played 🏈 at Williamstown!

We suck at predicting talent development. We're not good at it. Accept that. Now, if that's the case, why wouldn't we want to keep more people in the pipeline to see how they develop? Too often, especially in youth sports, we talent ID too quickly. We're fooling ourselves.
