Sunday scaries hit different when tomorrow is the first day of intern year. Super excited to start this journey with my wonderful coresidents that I’ve spent my first year doing research with.

Week one of one of intern year ✅ I started residency on trauma nights, a humbling experience. I learned so much but still have so much to learn. Now to rest my body for a bit and jump into week 2.

I went to vote and one of the people at registration said “where are you from, that name isn’t from around here?” I replied no I’m not, grabbed my ballot and used my time and energy where it counts. Shoutout to my chief Tyler Overholt Daniel, MD for making sure I was able to vote today!!
