At Miles of Smiles Foundation, we're dedicated to supporting young people with diabetes and promoting healthy lifestyles for all.

Learned about Type 5 diabetes from Prof. Silver (‘the grandfather of diabetes in Uganda’) — emerging in today’s youth, possibly due to fetal malnutrition linked to crises of the 70s/80s. It is interesting how our environment affects public health.
