📢 New research challenges BMI as a predictor of ACL recovery. Instead, body composition better correlates with strength & function. 🔬 DXA showed: ✅ ⬆️ lean mass → Stronger quads, better mobility ❌ ⬆️ fat mass → Worse knee pain & performance 📉 BMI? No association.
