MRES Eagles held our first Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day in 2023 and we were honored to be joined by our friends at Thomas S. Stone PTO in 2024. Thomas S. Stone was also the recipient of a Ruby Bridges mini-grant from Safe Routes Partnership, who joined us in Annapolis.

MRES Eagles Recognizing Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day is also an official recommendation of the PrinceGeorgesMD School Pedestrian Safety Workgroup and we are excited to continue our efforts to promote safer routes to school - and welcoming schools - for all.
