Alerted by @alarmphone we supported two boats in distress with our #Aurora. Overnight, we provided life jackets & food until the Italian coastguard took everyone on board this morning. Among those rescued was a medical emergency.

🆘! ~50 people missing in the Central Mediterranean! We alerted authorities about a group in distress who fled #Libya three days ago on a blue wooden boat. The so-called Libyan coastguard claims, the boat was rescued by Italy, but we cannot confirm this info.
