Today is #WorldNoTobaccoDay🚭 Tobacco smoking increases the risk of #multiplesclerosis onset by about 50% and disability progression by about 55%. The good news is that quitting smoking at any time is beneficial, and the earlier people with #MS quit, the stronger the benefits.
